Returns Policy

An exchange or credit note (no refunds) for full priced items will be provided only where:

- Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached

- Merchandise is wrongly described

- Merchandise is different to the item ordered

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

SALE items (including promotional sales), accessories, hats & swimwear cannot be returned & exchanged unless deemed faulty.

We will provide you with a repaired item, replaced item or credit note where:

- Merchandise is received in a damaged condition

- Merchandise is faulty

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Send items back via registered post, signature on delivery and email management@designergaleriejunior.com.au the tracking number,
this is proof that items have been sent back within the 7 days.
