Return & Exchange Policy

Designer Galerie Junior An exchange or credit note for full priced items will be provided only where:

-Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached

-Merchandise is wrongly described

-Merchandise is different to the item ordered

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

PLEASE NOTE:

SALE items (including promotional sales), lingerie, swimwear, hosiery, jewellery, hats, accessories or lay-by items cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded, unless deemed faulty.

How to return an item:

Email management@designergaleriejunior.com.au to request a Return Authorisation number (RA) and send back the item/s within 7 days to the following address

Display RA number on the outside of your return.

Send items back via registered post, signature on delivery and a tracking number included, this is proof that items have been sent back within the 7 days.

FAULTY ITEMS

We will provide you with a repaired item, replaced item, credit note or refund will be offered for all items where:

-Merchandise is received in a damaged condition

-Merchandise is faulty

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
